Housed in a huge 46,000 sq ft arena Clydebank is a wide, fast track which offers you lots of hi-speed thrills as you race 4 karts side by side, testing the limits of the karts handling. ScotKart at Clydebank is completely different from the tighter more technical track at Cambuslang and offers you lots of great benefits:

The Track is up to 10m wide, and over 400m long with a stunning combination of flat out straights, fast flowing corners and demanding hairpins on which a race can be won or lost! For track layout click here.

Depending on the race format up to 14 karts can race on the track at once for the ultimate in close ‘wheel to wheel’ to racing.

Large fleet of over 22 Sodi 200cc race karts, and 10 short wheel base kids karts. All karts feature full wrap around bumpers for safety, are automatic (only a brake and accelerator to worry about) and feature light steering. All karts are serviced daily for equal performance.

The latest computer timing system is installed, with results relayed to screens in the viewing terrace and reception.

The track is designed to be safe – with an absorbent barrier system, grippy track surface, lots of run off room and hazard warning lights around the track.

The circuit is independently inspected by the National Karting Association (100% pass rate), Scottish Tourist Board, Insurance company, and Environmental Health to ensure our facilities and safety standards are up to scratch.

ScotKart is staffed by motor sport enthusiasts who are qualified in first aid, trained in customer care, and all Race Directors have completed the National Karting Association Course.

The centre features a motor sport themed reception with Formula 1 memorabilia, raised viewing terrace, briefing/changing room, kid’s party rooms and a private indoor car park.

Vending machines for hot/cold drinks are available, plus snacks. A selection of good value buffets is also available to complement your event.

The centre is conveniently located off Dumbarton Rd at Yoker, only minutes from the Clyde Tunnel and Erskine Bridge for access from the south, not far from the nightlife in the West End, and a quick journey into Glasgow or onto the M8 along the Clydeside Expressway.
